KARL HOLMES-
“WITNESS THAT NEVER SEEN KARL HOLMES BEFORE IN HIS LIFE AT THAT TIME OF THE MURDERS, TESTIFIES THAT HE SAW KARL HOLMES FROM 1OO YARDS AWAY AT 10:00 PM IN THE DARK RUNNING FROM THE MURDERS.

THE SAME MAN LATER COULDN’T IDENTIFY KARL HOLMES 3 FEET AWAY IN A SIX PACK IN THE LIGHT, THE DAY AFTER THE MURDER!”

KARL HOLMES EXPLAINS HIS SITUATION AS FOLLOWS:

Would you be able to identify a person that you’ve never seen before from a distance of a hundred yards away at 10:00 PM? That is the length of a football field. Take a second to think about it. Is it possible?

Well that is what the State of California would have you believe. This is what has kept me on Death Row away from my two sons and family for over a decade, contemplating what my future holds.

Now I want to ask you another question. Is it possible for an innocent man to be sitting on Death Row for all of these years? I do not know what your answer is, but my answer is a sad yes. The cold hard truth of it is there are many innocent people all across this country sitting on death row. They are all trapped in the same lies and shady perversions of a judicial system that sent me here.

I am an innocent man.

A warrant was issued for my arrest. I had nothing to fear, so I turned myself in the same day. I know that I did not commit any crime and I wanted to clear my name. A mysterious witness came forward to give information regarding the case. This witness was questioned several times by the police for a two month period and was not able to furnish the POLICE with any descriptions or leads. After the police put two different photo’s of me in a six pack, this witness STILL failed to identify me as a suspect in this investigation.

Then this witness was shown a picture of me in a “Newspaper” article by the police. The witness then identified me as a person that he saw from 100 yards away at 10:00 PM the night of the murders. The witness states that he remembered seeing the ACNE marks I had on my face.

I ask you again, Is this possible?

So as I continue my quest to prove my innocence, I simple want to share my story with everyone, if you will take the time to read it. There are too many of our young and old that are unaware of the perils that await them in the “Criminal Justice System”. Hopefully they will not fall in the deadly grip of this unjust system.

I feel that it is my responsibility , and it is also a privilege to me, to educate as many people as I can about the grave injustice that this legal system continues to carry out on a daily basis.

I want to create and establish a dialog and work toward “Community Solidarity” on all levels. Only the “Unity” of the people can save us from the plague of the “Injustice”.

KARL HOMES has every reason to be upset. How can anyone identify someone that they never met a hundred yards away in the dark? And even if remotely possible, how can that same person not identify Karl Holmes in two different photo’s in perfect light from 3 feet away? How come it took two months for this witness to come up with any identification at all? You lose memory after time..... And if that memory was not there immediately in the first place..... How could this witness jump start it two months later after seeing a picture and a story about the murder two months later?

As you read more about this case on this web site, you will see that the police had to put someone in jail for this crime. I am investigating into the possibly that the police and the district attorney manufactured a motive to convince the jury Mr. Holmes was a perpetrator of this crime. I am also looking into the possibility that they conjured and manipulated a witness to say what the State wanted him to say to make their case.

Not only the people that were murders and their families were victims of this crime, Karl Holmes and his family were also victims of this crime......... ... C. J. Ford Jr.
